Zentrixa Studio is a video creation platform operated in the United Kingdom. This policy explains what personal data we process and why. It is maintained by the app owner and is not independent legal advice.
Data we collect
Account data: your name, email address and account role. Project data: video projects, scripts, scenes, brand kit settings and media you upload. Billing data: subscription plan and status. We never store card numbers — payments are handled entirely by the payment provider.
How we use your data
To create and maintain your account, store your projects, apply your subscription entitlements, and improve reliability of the service. We do not sell personal data.

Contract, for providing the service you sign up to. Legitimate interests, for security and service improvement. Consent, for optional communications. Legal obligation, for accounting records.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing. Contact the app owner using the details published on the site. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Third-party processors
When connected, the service may use processors for authentication and database hosting, payments, AI script generation, text to speech, stock media search, caption generation and video rendering. A current list will be published here as each provider is configured.
