Your account
You must provide accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for activity under your account. Accounts are for a single user unless a team plan is agreed.
Acceptable use
Do not upload unlawful, infringing or harmful content, attempt to bypass plan limits, reverse engineer the service, or use it to generate misleading impersonations of real people.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude any applicable taxes. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period. Regional pricing and Paystack billing are not yet available.
Your content
You keep ownership of the scripts, media and videos you create. You grant us the limited licence needed to store and process that content in order to run the service.
Service availability
Some features depend on external providers for AI generation, voice, stock media and rendering. Where a provider is not connected, the feature is clearly labelled as unavailable rather than simulated.
Liability
The service is provided on an as-is basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UK law.
